What you will do

  • Qualify incoming sales leads from the Salesforce queue into high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Drive proactive market development through inbound and outbound conversations to reactivate partners and end customers.
  • Utilize AI-driven applications and webinar platforms to efficiently generate and convert leads.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales Account Managers to optimize the quality of lead handovers.
  • Maintain precise CRM data as an internal Super-User for the Middle Europe team.
  • Attend trade fairs and key partner meetings to gain first-hand market experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales development position.
  • Knowledge of IT, with experience in the security industry being a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in English and either Polish or Czech (written and spoken).
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • A hunter and sales-driven personality with a service-oriented approach.
