What you will do

• Manage the Technical Support Engineering (TSE) team, including hiring, coaching, and career development.
• Redesign the support architecture to eliminate repetitive work using AI and automation.
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness within the existing function to boost overall capacity.
• Identify recurring failure patterns and collaborate with upstream teams to implement permanent fixes.
• Define and monitor critical metrics to drive operational decisions and maintain green SLOs.
• Handle complex technical escalations and serve as a thought partner for Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing a technical support or customer engineering team.
• Proven track record of improving operational functions rather than just maintaining them.
• Practical experience implementing AI and automation in operational contexts.
• Strong security knowledge to coach the team and engage in complex technical issues.
• Solid people management fundamentals (1:1s, performance management, feedback).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
