What you will do

• Lead, coach, and advocate for a high-performing team of senior backend and web extension engineers.
• Maintain technical ownership of the confidential computing platform using AWS Nitro Enclaves.
• Pioneer the integration of AI and LLMs into security-sensitive environments where data must remain encrypted.
• Oversee critical B2B integrations including SSO, SCIM provisioning, SIEM, and audit logging.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to shape technical roadmaps and engineering strategy goals.
• Recruit new software engineers and increase the company's technical visibility in the Paris tech community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in people and project management.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience scaling teams within companies of 100-500 employees.
• Strong interest or background in cybersecurity.
• Experience actively leveraging AI tools to improve team delivery and engineering quality.
• BS degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
