What you will do

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Technical Support Engineers to ensure high-quality customer support.
• Drive initiatives to improve team productivity and implement automated solutions to scale support offerings.
• Partner with upper management on performance reviews and employee relations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve high-priority technical escalations.
• Create and maintain technical knowledge base articles for internal and customer-facing use.
• Act as a customer advocate to ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, or protected person) and reside in the contiguous United States.
• 1+ years of experience managing external technical support teams in a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and maintaining AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure.
• Direct experience configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters and virtualized environments.
• Proven track record of writing scripts or building tools using AI APIs to automate workflows.
• Practical experience managing hybrid-cloud identity, security protocols, and monitoring pipelines.
