What you will do

• Lead and coach a distributed team of engineers responsible for collaboration, messaging, and voice services.
• Manage the operational health and roadmap for Google Workspace and related ecosystem services.
• Oversee enterprise VoIP and conferencing platforms, including Zoom, Webex, and RingCentral.
• Drive the transition from Microsoft Exchange to a Google Workspace-centered operating model.
• Establish service standards, SLAs/OLAs, and lead incident response for high-impact issues.
• Identify and implement automation for provisioning, administration, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, collaboration platforms, or unified communications.
• 2+ years of people management experience leading engineers in a distributed environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration and enterprise VoIP platforms.
• Experience managing production services with formal incident and change control processes.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience managing global teams.
• Background in collaboration-platform modernization or large-scale migration initiatives.
• Familiarity with email hygiene and security tooling such as Proofpoint.
• Experience with voice-service automation, reporting platforms, or service analytics.
