What you will do

  • Identify new market opportunities and acquire B2B customers for digital access solutions.
  • Manage and consult customers both remotely and on-site to build long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Position hirify.global as a leading provider of intelligent building automation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to share market insights and create innovative solutions.
  • Take full ownership of the sales process and effectively prioritize activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and scaling new markets.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 30%) for on-site consultations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and a "hunter" mentality for customer acquisition.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a goal-oriented manner.

Nice to have

  • Experience in access control, building automation, or the self-storage industry.
  • Understanding of smart buildings, IoT, and emerging digital solution trends.
  • Proficiency in additional languages for international growth.
