What you will do
- Own client relationships for a portfolio of large corporate accounts in Germany throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Drive commercial growth by leading end-to-end contract negotiations for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Develop client-specific growth strategies and implement awareness events to increase platform take-up.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and create tailored communication strategies to reduce inactivity.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver on company and client goals.
- Lead client meetings and communications both virtually and in person with HR and C-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in a client-facing position.
- Proven expertise in leading contract negotiations for renewals and revenue expansion.
- Ability to analyze complex reports and leverage data to drive business results.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-profile projects and clients concurrently.
- Excellent communication and superior customer service skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office (Hybrid).
