What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demos, and contract closing.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Prepare professional proposals and negotiate contracts to balance client value and profit margins.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide actionable product feedback to the internal Product Team based on client interactions.
  • Collaborate with local industry groups and travel associations to promote the brand.

Requirements

  • German: C2 proficiency required
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales
  • Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence and active listening abilities
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and a growth mindset
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events

Nice to have

  • Experience in the travel or hospitality technology sector
  • Previous experience with high-volume sales environments
