What you will do

• Evaluate and qualify incoming leads from the Salesforce queue to identify high-potential business opportunities.
• Conduct proactive inbound and outbound outreach to reactivate partners and end customers.
• Utilize digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI-driven applications to generate and convert leads.
• Collaborate closely with Inside Sales Account Managers to optimize the quality of Sales Qualified Leads.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and act as an internal expert for the Middle Europe team.
• Participate in trade fairs and partner meetings to gain firsthand market insights.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• 2+ years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
• Strong background or knowledge in IT, with security industry experience being a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
• Hunter mindset with excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site at the office in Ismaning, Germany.

• Proficiency in additional languages such as French or Dutch.
