What you will do

  • Grow the customer list through personalized emails, calls, and social media outreach.
  • Write compelling messaging to engage targeted accounts in the Iberia region.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute revenue-driving outreach campaigns.
  • Analyze market research to develop strategic approaches for lead generation.
  • Partner with account executives to generate meetings and build the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with executives and achieve monthly quotas.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and verbal).
  • 6+ months of prior sales experience, preferably in Software/High Tech.
  • Strong business acumen and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
  • Competitive personality with a resilient, self-starter mindset.

  • Experience in a fast-growing SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
