What you will do
- Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new sales opportunities in Singapore.
- Nurture leads through a consultative sales approach to drive PostgreSQL adoption.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategies for growth across South Asian countries.
- Utilize prospecting tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, TechTarget, and ZoomInfo.
- Meet and exceed sales opportunity generation targets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in South Asian countries.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin required.
- Hunter mentality with a strong passion for outbound and inbound prospecting.
- Experience in the database, SaaS, or cloud industry.
- Proven success using tools like Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Cantonese.
- Familiarity with the public sector or enterprise space.
- Keen interest in open-source technology solutions.
