Location: Must be based in or near Worcester or Hereford, UK. This is a field-based role requiring travel to customer homes.

Salary: £27,340 base + Uncapped Commission

What you will do

• Visit customers in their homes to educate them on clean energy benefits and close sales.
• Generate your own leads through cold calling and referrals to meet sales KPIs.
• Manage and maintain your sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service following the hirify.global Sales Method.
• Collaborate with design and planning teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving License is mandatory for this field-based role.
• Proven experience in a field-based sales role.
• Confidence in using sales software and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive mindset for negotiating.
• Passion for active, forward-thinking working environments.
