What you will do
- Execute full business development and sales cycles from initial presentation to deal closing.
- Engage NHS radiology stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor using strong clinical imaging domain knowledge.
- Design and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve regional business objectives.
- Maintain a qualified pipeline and accurate forecasting within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Conduct frequent face-to-face customer visits and support clinical demos to drive adoption.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback for the refinement of AI solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK and comfortable with frequent regional travel (up to 50%).
- Strong domain knowledge in radiology (Radiographer background strongly preferred).
- Experience with radiology environments such as PACS, RIS, and imaging AI.
- Working knowledge of NHS procurement pathways.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously as a self-starter with strong personal accountability.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Nice to have
- Direct experience selling into NHS radiology services or imaging networks.
- Extensive experience executing full-cycle business development from first conversation to closing.
