Location: Hybrid in London, UK (Must be based in or able to work from the office 3+ days per week)

What you will do
- Drive new business revenue through the sale of sponsorship, exhibition, digital and marketing solutions.
- Identify, target and engage prospective clients within the solar, energy storage, and clean energy technology sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development through to negotiation and contract closure.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with event production, marketing, and editorial teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Develop commercially compelling proposals that align client objectives with event platforms.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, sponsorship, media, or a related commercial environment.
- Proven ability to generate new business and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the London office (minimum 3 days per week).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build credibility with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
