What you will do
- Conduct direct outreach to prospective clients via cold-calls, email, text, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Research and craft personalized outreach strategies in collaboration with the growth team.
- Identify creative methods to guide prospects toward the company's free trial.
- Define and improve sales processes, strategies, and tactics within the growing SDR team.
- Execute against monthly lead generation goals.
- Monitor new signups and engage them directly to schedule meetings for the sales organization.
Requirements
- Fluent German language skills are a must.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience engaging customers and prospects.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a high-growth startup environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in technology and data.
