hirify.global is a certified B Corporation operating a marketplace app that connects businesses with unsold food to consumers to fight global food waste.

What you will do

  • Acquire new partners including restaurants, cafes, and bakeries via cold calling, email, and in-person visits.
  • Introduce potential partners to the platform and provide training on app usage and food waste solutions.
  • Research the market to identify high-potential prospects and key decision-makers.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and prioritize prospects based on market insights.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and company growth targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK for hybrid office attendance.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and empathize with small business owners.
  • Confidence and resilience in performing high-volume cold calling and outreach.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to hit targets.
  • English: Proficiency required for CV and cover letter submission

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of pitching and closing deals over the phone or in person.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and prioritizing prospects.
