Salary: €38,000 – €52,300 gross annual

What you will do

• Define innovative circuit architectures to meet product requirements for MCUs.
• Own the implementation, simulation, layout, and validation of analog IPs such as ADC, DAC, PLL, and oscillators.
• Lead design reviews and create comprehensive technical documentation for IPs.
• Guide layout implementation to ensure post-layout circuits meet all specifications.
• Support productization through characterization, production tests, and life testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electronic or electrical engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of product development experience.
• Proven experience with IP areas including ADC, DAC, PLL, Oscillators, References, LDO, DC-DC, amplifiers, or filters.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Catania, Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience creating and using behavioral models (AMS, DMS, Matlab, System-C or equivalent).
