Sr Test Engineer

Location: Catania, Italy; onsite, with no remote work available

Salary: €37,000–€49,000 gross annual pay, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain ATE test programs and hardware for analog, mixed-signal, and power management products.
• Implement test plans and ensure required test coverage and quality targets.
• Support product bring-up, characterization, validation, production ramp, and sustaining engineering.
• Debug ATE systems and bench setups, perform failure analysis, and resolve technical issues.
• Analyze test data to improve yield and test stability.
• Collaborate with Design and Product Engineering teams while optimizing test time and cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3–6+ years of experience in test engineering or a related field.
• Experience with ATE platforms such as Advantest, Teradyne, SPEA, or similar systems.
• Understanding of DFT concepts, production test flows, and analog and mixed-signal circuit debugging.
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
• Programming skills in C, C++, Python, or a similar language, plus basic data analysis and statistical methods.
