What you will do

• Grow the customer base for market data subscriptions within the energy sector and other high-value industries.
• Administrate incoming data sales and renewals requests through to contract signing.
• Manage existing customer relationships and respond to professional queries.
• Collaborate with the Data product manager to identify and deliver new market opportunities.
• Research and analyze market trends, target sectors, and potential customers.
• Cross-sell Power data services to existing trading clients and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Experience in a sales administration role with a strong ambition to grow into sales.
• Familiarity with helpdesk systems for handling customer requests.
• Ability to travel as required for the role.

Nice to have

• Experience using Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
