Salary: PLN 7,100–8,300 gross monthly (Krakow/Poland specific); other locations discussed during interview.

What you will do

  • Execute lead-sourcing strategies and conduct cold outreach across multiple channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management.
  • Understand customer needs to provide tailored financial solutions and drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
  • Maintain consistent activity levels and balance time between prospecting, closing, and upselling.
  • Develop deep expertise in Revolut Business products and market positioning.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Danish required.
  • Must have graduated from university in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
  • Strong communication and articulation skills for phone-based sales.
  • Impeccable literacy for professional email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Drive to build a career in a high-performance sales culture.
  • Interest in the financial industry and fintech solutions.

  • Previous internship or experience in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
