What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads to create qualified opportunities for Account Managers and BDRs.
- Conduct discovery calls and thoroughly qualify prospects to ensure high conversion potential.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with account teams to build pipeline and drive growth within a fixed book of accounts.
- Research accounts and territories to uncover new contacts and decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Highspot.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years of outbound prospecting experience.
- Work authorization for the UK without visa sponsorship.
- Interest in financial markets, specifically private equity and venture capital.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
