Location: Must be based in London, UK. This is an office-first role with an expectation of being on-site at least four days per week.

What you will do

  • Identify, research, and engage target prospects across landlords, flex operators, and workplace consultants.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company fit and commercial potential.
  • Book and conduct high-quality discovery meetings, both digitally and in person.
  • Own the end-to-end pipeline from initial prospecting to booked meetings.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and share market insights with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Fluent, confident English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in London and able to work on-site at least four days per week.
  • Commercial or customer-facing experience (sales, recruitment, real estate, or SaaS).
  • Proactive hunter mindset with a focus on creating opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
