What you will do
- Identify, research, and engage target prospects across landlords, flex operators, and workplace consultants.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company fit and commercial potential.
- Book and conduct high-quality discovery meetings, both digitally and in person.
- Own the end-to-end pipeline from initial prospecting to booked meetings.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and share market insights with internal teams.
Requirements
- Fluent, confident English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in London and able to work on-site at least four days per week.
- Commercial or customer-facing experience (sales, recruitment, real estate, or SaaS).
- Proactive hunter mindset with a focus on creating opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
