Location: Remote from Armenia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Serbia, Spain, or the Netherlands

builds developer tools including IntelliJ IDEA, Kotlin, and TeamCity, and is developing Air, an agentic development environment with parallel AI agents, a native desktop app, a web experience, and cloud-based automations.
What you will do
- Design Air’s web interface for team management, automation setup, and results overview.
- Shape the design process for the automations sub-team and establish review and handoff practices with developers.
- Take features from ambiguous briefs through shipped interfaces.
- Contribute and maintain components in the shared Figma design system.
- Use AI tools and vibe-coding for faster prototyping.
- Participate in cross-team demos and quarterly planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with examples of business-impacting results.
- Ownership of features from design through production.
- Ability to clarify scope, work with limited context, and deliver projects across teams.
- Active use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar in the design workflow.
- Strong Figma skills, including components, tokens, variables, and design systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with developer-focused products or technical tooling.
- Experience with vibe-coding, design engineering, or code-level prototypes.
- Familiarity with agentic or AI-native interface patterns, trust signals, human-in-the-loop workflows, and large-scale error handling.
