What you will do

• Design the web interface for Air, including team management and automation setups.
• Establish design processes and handoff practices for the automations sub-team.
• Translate ambiguous briefs into high-fidelity, shipped interfaces.
• Develop and maintain the shared Figma design system and components.
• Use AI tools for rapid prototyping and "vibe-coding".
• Collaborate in cross-team demos and quarterly planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a track record of business impact.
• Strong ownership instinct to drive features from design to production.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects across teams with limited context.
• Active use of AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) in the design workflow.
• Proficiency in Figma, including tokens, variables, and design systems.
• Location: Must be based in Amsterdam

Nice to have

• Experience with IDEs, dashboards, or other developer-focused tooling.
• Skills in design engineering or code-level prototyping.
• Familiarity with AI-native interface patterns (human-in-the-loop, trust signals).
