Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, hybrid; four days per week in the San Francisco office

hirify.global is a fast-growing, venture-backed startup building an AI-powered platform for real-time AI-moderated qualitative interviews and automated research synthesis.

What you will do

• Lead product design projects from problem definition and requirements gathering through implementation, launch, and iteration.
• Design intuitive, polished workflows for product, marketing, research, and consumer insights teams.
• Design and prototype AI-powered and agentic features with appropriate clarity, control, trust, guardrails, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with the CEO, engineers, Customer Success, Sales, and another Senior Product Designer to prioritize opportunities and validate solutions.
• Use Figma and code-based prototypes to test interactions, communicate ideas, and reduce implementation uncertainty.
• Contribute to the production codebase when appropriate, particularly on lower-risk frontend-focused improvements.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, productivity, research, or collaboration products.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, polished interaction and visual design, and ownership of features from discovery through launch.
• Fluency in Figma and experience building interactive, code-based prototypes.
• Experience designing AI-powered or agentic features shipped to real users, with a practical understanding of production limitations.
• Strong product research, competitive research, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort working hybrid from the San Francisco office four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for product managers, designers, researchers, or other design-conscious users.
• Experience working in a modern frontend codebase and shipping low-risk frontend improvements directly to production.
• Background in qualitative research, insights, AI tooling, or complex workflow software.
• Experience strengthening or scaling a design system.
