Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Latin America (LATAM)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design for Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.
• Design account setup, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, consumption, billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, localization, and sharing experiences.
• Apply systems thinking to create scalable experiences across complex SaaS and enterprise platform ecosystems.
• Frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, influence product roadmaps, and manage design risks.
• Build high-fidelity, functional, production-like prototypes using AI-assisted coding and development tools.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, business stakeholders, and clients to communicate and defend design decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Product Design experience.
• Experience designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms and interconnected workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and experience with enterprise domains such as account management, activation, monetization, permissions, billing, or consumption.
• Advanced prototyping skills, including functional prototypes built with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Google AI Studio.
• Advanced experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to work remotely from Latin America with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered products or AI-native experiences.
• A portfolio featuring functional coded prototypes or AI-assisted product explorations.
• Experience with complex SaaS workflows involving multiple states, roles, permissions, or system dependencies.
• Experience contributing to product strategy, roadmap decisions, or mentoring other designers.
