Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Latin America (LATAM), working with international teams

The role supports a client in the construction industry whose cloud-based platform helps construction businesses manage projects, workflows, and daily operations.

What you will do

• Lead and execute end-to-end product design for Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.
• Design account setup, indexing, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, consumption, billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, Control Tower, and localization workflows.
• Define scalable consumption experiences, permission structures, sharing models, and interconnected platform capabilities.
• Frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, influence product roadmaps, and manage design risks using research, data, prototyping, and systems thinking.
• Build functional, high-fidelity, production-like prototypes with AI-assisted coding and development tools.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, business stakeholders, and clients to communicate and defend design decisions, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Product Design experience.
• Experience designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms.
• Strong systems thinking and experience designing interconnected product experiences and workflows.
• Experience with enterprise workflows such as account management, activation, monetization, permissions, billing, consumption, or comparable platform domains.
• Strong hands-on prototyping skills, including communicating complex interactions, workflows, states, and system behaviors through prototypes.
• Demonstrated ability to build functional, production-like prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Google AI Studio, or similar tools.
• Advanced experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams and translating technical constraints into product solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency and excellent concise communication skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly present and communicate design decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Based in Latin America (LATAM) and available to work remotely with international teams.

• Experience designing AI-powered products or AI-native experiences.
• A portfolio demonstrating functional coded prototypes or production-like AI-assisted product explorations.
• Experience prototyping complex SaaS workflows with multiple states, roles, permissions, or system dependencies.
• Experience contributing to product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Experience mentoring or supporting the growth of other designers.
• Experience designing products with complex permissions, sharing, billing, consumption, or account models.
