What you will do

• Lead complex design engagements, transforming ambiguous briefs into actionable strategy, research, and prototypes.
• Coach and support product designers through regular 1:1s and direct feedback to raise the team's overall craft.
• Maintain and champion high design standards across all project outputs.
• Own the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process for new design talent.
• Research and integrate emerging tools and AI-driven methods into the design workflow.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between design, product, and engineering departments.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in product design, service design, and strategy.
• Expert-level mastery of Figma and a strong eye for visual design and motion.
• Proven ability to mentor other designers and build a healthy, transparent design culture.
• English: Working proficiency required.
• Location: Must be able to work from the Antwerp HQ (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch for client and internal communication.
• Hands-on experience with Rive, Lovable, Framer, or Webflow.
• Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and digital sustainability.
• Active experimentation with AI tools in the design process.
