Salary: €45,000 – €50,000 gross per year

- Meet and exceed individual revenue targets through proactive lead generation and client acquisition.
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing client portfolios to transform ad-hoc relationships into continuous partnerships.
- Execute the full sales cycle, including feasibility analysis, pricing, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.
- Prioritize client visits based on sales potential and build a sustainable external network.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and drive new product-market combinations.
- Monitor progress using CRM tools and adjust strategies to ensure target achievement.
Требования
- Language proficiency: Must be fluent in at least two of the following: Dutch, French, or English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Proven initial sales experience with strong commercial and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of the dynamics of the Belgian Tech & Durables business.
- Ability to connect with clients and maintain a professional network.
- Results-oriented mindset with both short-term and long-term focus.
