What you will do
- Partner with ANZ Sales Leadership to dismantle friction in the sales process and act as a strategic advisor.
- Lead annual planning processes, including headcount, territory design, and pipeline target setting.
- Integrate AI and Agentic AI workflows into the GTM tech stack to automate tasks and provide predictive insights.
- Optimize the use of sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Clari to maintain operational discipline.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to unify and maximize ecosystem outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in Sales Ops, Strategy Consulting, or Finance.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, GTM metrics, and high-growth sales cycles.
- Proficiency in GTM tech stacks including Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver data-driven results under pressure.
- AI-first mindset with an understanding of how LLMs and Agentic AI drive business efficiency.
