Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Partner with ANZ Sales Leadership to dismantle friction in the sales process and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Lead annual planning processes, including headcount, territory design, and pipeline target setting.
  • Integrate AI and Agentic AI workflows into the GTM tech stack to automate tasks and provide predictive insights.
  • Optimize the use of sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Clari to maintain operational discipline.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to unify and maximize ecosystem outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in Sales Ops, Strategy Consulting, or Finance.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, GTM metrics, and high-growth sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in GTM tech stacks including Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver data-driven results under pressure.
  • AI-first mindset with an understanding of how LLMs and Agentic AI drive business efficiency.
