Sales Recruiter (GTM): Managing full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to build the revenue engine for an AI code verification platform with an accent on high-velocity execution and strategic sourcing. Focus on identifying top-tier GTM talent, partnering with revenue leadership, and optimizing the candidate experience.

Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas (Relocation supported)

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with urgency to hit aggressive targets.
  • Proactively source passive candidates using creative channels to build robust talent pipelines.
  • Partner with Sales Directors and VPs to calibrate profiles and consult on market trends.
  • Craft compelling narratives to sell the company mission and ensure a professional candidate journey.
  • Act as the local talent expert and SME for revenue leadership within the Austin GTM hub.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with the majority spent in-house.
  • Proven track record in GTM (Go-To-Market) recruiting.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, including quotas and territories.
  • Ability to provide expert guidance and push back on hiring managers when necessary.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to Austin, Texas.
