What you will do

• Drive the adoption of digital implementation and physical design solutions for key regional customers.
• Perform end-to-end physical design tasks including floorplanning, power grid design, place and route, and clock tree synthesis.
• Lead next-generation physical design methodology and flow development.
• Collaborate with RTL design teams to ensure successful project tapeouts.
• Work closely with hirify.global R&D and Product Engineering to influence tool roadmaps.
• Solve complex challenges in low-power and high-speed designs at advanced technology nodes.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in physical design and verification.
• Proven experience with 7nm and below technology nodes.
• Solid knowledge of ASIC design flows and hierarchical physical design strategies.
• Strong understanding of deep sub-micron technology issues and low-power design.
• Good English communication skills.
