What you will do

  • Own and sustain Die Attach and Wire Bond processes to ensure high OEE and compliance with specifications.
  • Manage tooling setup, calibration, alignment, and qualification activities.
  • Conduct DOE, FMEA, and root cause analysis to resolve yield and quality issues like die tilt and voids.
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), including setup, conversion, and buy-off processes.
  • Analyze equipment performance and process data using Spotfire, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Implement digital controls and document SOPs and troubleshooting standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Die Bond and/or Wire Bond processes within semiconductor backend manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of Reel-to-Reel (R2R) assembly lines and high-volume production.
  • Proficiency in DOE, FMEA, SPC, 8D, and process capability (Cpk) validation.
  • Ability to analyze manufacturing data using tools such as Spotfire or Power BI.
  • Must be located in or able to work onsite in Seremban, Malaysia
