What you will do

• Define and execute the finance systems and digitalisation roadmap.
• Lead and develop a team of 15 finance systems professionals.
• Drive automation across core finance processes including reporting, close, AR, and AP.
• Act as the strategic link between Finance, IT, and Data & Analytics functions.
• Identify and implement new technologies including AI and advanced analytics.
• Manage the finance systems portfolio and associated investment budget.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience within finance.
• Proven track record in finance systems, digital transformation, or technology initiatives.
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing larger teams.
• Deep understanding of finance operating models and business processes.
• Experience with enterprise finance platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Agresso.
• Must pass a security vetting based on current regulations.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CFA.
• Experience with BlackLine, HFM, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
