Salary: Up to £94,000 + 15% bonus

What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of digital, data, and systems transformation plans for the Finance function.
- Govern the Finance data framework to ensure data quality, lineage, and integrity across the organization.
- Design and deploy automation solutions, including AI-enabled tools, to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- Own the end-to-end development of automated reporting solutions, dashboards, and BI tools for predictive financial insights.
- Prioritize the development roadmap for financial systems and ensure full compliance with legislative and regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate across Finance and the wider business to foster a culture of cross-functional engagement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading Finance transformation, modernization, or digitization programs in large, complex organizations.
- Substantial expertise in accounting, reporting, and financial control.
- Proven experience executing digital, data, and systems strategies and frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with proficiency in influencing, decision-making, and adaptability.
- Must be based within a commutable distance to London or Winchester.
- Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is advantageous.
