What you will do
- Lead the identification and deployment of automation solutions to streamline finance operations.
- Serve as the AI and technology champion within the Finance team, promoting adoption across the organization.
- Provide guidance on Finance SaaS tools to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational flexibility.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives including M&A, product launches, and policy implementations.
- Create training materials and conduct workshops to support system adoption and best practices.
- Provide primary user support and resolve system-related inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT-based Business Administration required.
- 7+ years of experience in Finance operations, specifically with finance systems (PTP, OTC, RTR).
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level) is mandatory.
- Must have legal right to work in Spain (no visa sponsorship available).
- Experience with automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Zapier.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on system optimization and data integrity.
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or JavaScript.
- Ability to create dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
