What you will do

• Lead the identification and deployment of automation solutions to streamline finance operations.
• Serve as the AI and technology champion within the Finance team, promoting adoption across the organization.
• Provide guidance on Finance SaaS tools to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational flexibility.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives including M&A, product launches, and policy implementations.
• Create training materials and conduct workshops to support system adoption and best practices.
• Provide primary user support and resolve system-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT-based Business Administration required.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance operations, specifically with finance systems (PTP, OTC, RTR).
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level) is mandatory.
• Must have legal right to work in Spain (no visa sponsorship available).
• Experience with automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Zapier.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on system optimization and data integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or JavaScript.
• Ability to create dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
