Intern, Activation Digital Planning

Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office).

What you will do

• Contribute to the digital planning process, including campaign calendar management and platform selection.
• Support the digital team in monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Prepare quantitative and qualitative performance reports for internal and client review.
• Collaborate with Digital Planners to analyze results and formulate data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct market and audience research to inform future digital media strategies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Advertising, Marketing, or Communications.
• Fluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a curiosity for consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work from the Milan office approximately four days a week.

• Familiarity with digital media planning tools or ad-serving platforms.
• Experience with analytics software or web languages.
