What you will do

• Lead the long-term AI-powered LangTech strategy, including the technology roadmap, standard procedures, internationalization rollout, and required resources.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize AI-powered localization and translation technologies.
• Provide leadership for the enterprise localization practice focused on AI-powered language technologies.
• Identify, assess, and resolve issues across end-to-end translation technologies to maintain global translation capabilities.
• Collect and analyze LangTech performance data and recommend continuous program improvements.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams and deliver executive-level presentations.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and proven experience with state-of-the-art AI technologies for creating and rolling out multilingual content.
• Ability to create, lead, and execute a LangTech strategy across an enterprise.
• Ability to troubleshoot technology and process problems with minimal assistance.
• Ability to read code and familiarity with different programming languages.
• Solid understanding of content management systems, web technologies, and modern product development practices such as Agile.
• Strong attention to detail, experimentation, problem-solving ability, and capacity to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
