Material Handler (Production Logistics)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; on-site work in a two-shift schedule.

What you will do

• Monitor material availability for work centers and receive and deliver inbound and outbound materials.
• Provide first-line support for production disturbances and resolve deviations in quantity, part numbers, quality, and purity.
• Manage stock locations, inventory accuracy, and material transactions to and from orders and storage locations.
• Handle defective, obsolete, and good-stock material returns.
• Report and communicate issues across manufacturing, planning, quality, supply chain, warehouse, and logistics departments.
• Contribute to LEAN improvement projects, process updates, material control, planning, and parameter improvements.

Requirements

• Relevant Associate Degree required; a Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred in logistics, supply chain management, technological economics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment; recent graduates with the right skills may be considered.
• Strong communication, teamwork, stakeholder management, customer focus, decision-making, prioritization, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and a proactive, results-oriented approach with ownership of responsibilities.
• Affinity with technology and the ability to improve processes and solve problems.
• Must be legally authorized to access technology controlled under United States export regulations before starting work.

Nice to have

• SAP knowledge.
• LEAN experience.
• Project management experience.
