What you will do

• Monitor material availability and progress across factory work centers.
• Process and resolve material disturbances as first-line support for operators.
• Manage stock locations and ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits.
• Handle administrative transactions for material orders and storage movements.
• Manage the return process for defective or obsolete materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize material control and planning parameters.

Requirements

• Relevant Associate Degree required, Bachelor degree strongly preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Intelligence.
• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a 2-shift schedule.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
