What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Participate in operations, assign tasks, and balance workloads across the team.
• Train, guide, motivate, and develop team members on the job.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Communicate with upstream, downstream, and internal teams to align warehouse output with business goals.
• Support improvements in productivity, service quality, cost efficiency, and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Availability to work in the warehouse in Venray, Limburg Province, Netherlands.
• Ability to coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Ability to assign tasks, balance workloads, and guide team members during daily operations.
• Ability to identify process issues, escalate risks, and take corrective action.
