Logistics Specialist II, Netherlands

Location: Leusden, Netherlands; must be based in the Netherlands and able to commute to Leusden three times per week. Hybrid, full-time schedule.

What you will do

• Manage the order lifecycle in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Arrange freight coverage and select carriers through routing guides and spot shipments.
• Communicate with shippers, carriers, customer service representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and resolve shipment data errors and carrier invoice discrepancies.
• Lead carrier KPI review meetings and support service alignment and improvement.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, support approved initiatives, and train customer and vendor users on TMS workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum Vocational Education Level 4 (MBO-4).
• Fluent English at a minimum C1 level.
• One to three years of experience in transportation, logistics, or warehousing.
• Residence in the Netherlands and availability to commute to Leusden three times per week.
• Full-time availability for five working days per week.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• German, French, Spanish, or Italian at a minimum B2 level.
• Intermediate TMS proficiency and basic knowledge of BI tools and Tableau.
• Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace.
