Location: Nationwide Italy, with expected residence in the Milan area mandatory. Home-based, field-oriented position with daily travel and frequent overnight stays, averaging two nights per week. The Cinisello Balsamo office is available but office presence is not mandatory.
Salary: €45,000–€50,000 plus 15% variable compensation and a company car for private use.

What you will do
- Drive promotion of surgical workflow products through field demonstrations and customer interactions.
- Train and support the sales force throughout the sales cycle.
- Adapt global marketing strategies and execute the local marketing plan.
- Support product launches, market adoption, and representation at congresses and industry events.
- Prepare technical documentation, define configurations, and coordinate compliant submissions for public tenders.
- Monitor competitors, customer needs, product performance, pricing, forecasting, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in a similar Product Management role.
- Fluent Italian and professional English, both written and spoken, required.
- Strong marketing, product positioning, communication, presentation, analytical, and strategic skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams, build customer relationships, and operate proactively in a demanding environment.
- Residence in the Milan area is mandatory; daily travel across Italy, including Sardinia, is required.
