Product Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Must be based in the Milan area, Italy. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel across Italy.

Salary: €45,000–€50,000 + 15% bonus + company car.

What you will do

• Drive product promotion through field demonstrations and direct customer interactions.
• Train and support the sales force throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Prepare and manage technical documentation for public tenders.
• Adapt and implement global marketing strategies at a local level.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at congresses, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Product Management role.
• Fluent Italian (native or near-native) and professional level of English.
• Must reside in the Milan area.
• Ability to travel daily with frequent overnight stays.
