Product Associate (Fintech)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid workplace

Gross annual salary: €40,000–€45,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Support product strategy and roadmap development through analysis of business needs, market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes.
• Identify product improvement and business growth opportunities using structured analysis and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders to define and implement solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams delivering product initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor and analyse product performance indicators and metrics.
• Support product lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, business analysis, testing, implementation, and post-launch monitoring.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, product management, product analysis, business analysis, financial services, ICT, or related areas.
• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience with strategic initiatives, business transformation, process optimisation, product development, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
