Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain (Hybrid model).
Salary: €200,000 – €220,000 (OTE).

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain a regional plan to leverage partnerships for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive pipeline and lead generation.
- Take a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and align solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospect qualification to closing.
- Ensure ongoing account management and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in English required.
- Proven experience in software or solution sales.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel as required by the role.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
