TL;DR

Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS): Driving new business revenue and managing strategic accounts for a digital employee experience platform with an accent on territory planning, partner collaboration, and consultative sales. Focus on building regional sales strategies, qualifying prospects, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain (Hybrid model).

Salary: €200,000 – €220,000 (OTE).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain a regional plan to leverage partnerships for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive pipeline and lead generation.
  • Take a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and align solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect qualification to closing.
  • Ensure ongoing account management and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English required.
  • Proven experience in software or solution sales.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
