What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across the RoW market, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement personalized upsell and cross-sell strategies to increase account value.
• Handle churn management and provide proactive after-sales support to build long-term trust.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer support teams to relay client feedback and improve the product.
• Track account status and build reporting using CRM tools to monitor portfolio health.
• Promote and introduce new features and services to existing clients.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English
• Previous experience working with sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and extensive experience with CRM tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, less corporate startup environment.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
