What you will do
- Manage and retain a specific portfolio of existing customers in the Portuguese market.
- Identify upsell opportunities to generate incremental revenue from clients.
- Build strong relationships and engagement through regular video calls and product updates.
- Provide high-quality after-sales support and ensure prompt, accurate responses to queries.
- Proactively report trends and potential product weaknesses to improve the customer journey.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in online support.
- Native level of Portuguese is required.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Interest in the B2B SaaS environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt to new tech tools.
- Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
