What you will do
- Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships through regular engagement and product updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client experience, understanding their specific needs and goals.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client value and satisfaction.
- Proactively analyze portfolio trends to develop action plans and minimize churn.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to align with company goals.
- Report product weaknesses and user trends to help optimize the customer journey.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing B2B customer portfolios.
- Proven track record in retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Experience working towards and achieving KPIs.
- Proficient level of Spanish required.
- Professional English proficiency required.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience in Human Resources, Software, or Payroll.
- Experience in the full B2B sales cycle.
