What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships through regular engagement and product updates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client experience, understanding their specific needs and goals.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client value and satisfaction.
  • Proactively analyze portfolio trends to develop action plans and minimize churn.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to align with company goals.
  • Report product weaknesses and user trends to help optimize the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing B2B customer portfolios.
  • Proven track record in retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Experience working towards and achieving KPIs.
  • Proficient level of Spanish required.
  • Professional English proficiency required.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge or experience in Human Resources, Software, or Payroll.
  • Experience in the full B2B sales cycle.
