What you will do
- Drive revenue growth via new customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to execute account plans.
- Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of key customers and qualified prospects.
- Deliver value-based selling experiences and provide accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts.
- Contribute to the lead generation playbook and provide feedback to the broader organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in Spain
- 3+ years of end-to-end B2B software sales experience (prospecting, qualifying, closing).
- Native or bilingual English proficiency (C2)
- 1+ year of experience in Martech/SalesTech and product marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies, BANT qualification, and procurement management.
- Degree in marketing, economics, or equivalent professional experience.
