What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth via new customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to execute account plans.
  • Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of key customers and qualified prospects.
  • Deliver value-based selling experiences and provide accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts.
  • Contribute to the lead generation playbook and provide feedback to the broader organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Spain
  • 3+ years of end-to-end B2B software sales experience (prospecting, qualifying, closing).
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency (C2)
  • 1+ year of experience in Martech/SalesTech and product marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies, BANT qualification, and procurement management.
  • Degree in marketing, economics, or equivalent professional experience.
