TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Zaventem, Belgium (Hybrid work model).

What you will do

  • Support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Fibers & Paper category strategy and implementation roadmap.
  • Track and report savings, cost avoidance, and working capital improvements while providing data for TCO optimization.
  • Manage supplier relationships, performance frameworks, KPIs, and QBRs for strategic suppliers.
  • Contribute to Procurement Risk Mapping and mitigation initiatives, including safety stock tracking and crisis preparation.
  • Collect and analyze ESG, circularity, and sustainability data from suppliers to support lower-carbon alternatives.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Finance, and Operations to enable technical innovation and ensure operational alignment.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally in raw materials or technical commodities.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAP/ERP and Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate between cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English required.
