What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of 6 professionals in trade and documentation operations.
- Ensure end-to-end shipment documentation is delivered on time and in full for all transport modes.
- Manage customs administration, reporting, and maintain necessary licenses and authorizations.
- Oversee regulated documentation including sanitary certificates and veterinary relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation projects to enhance process robustness.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting to ensure trade accuracy and correct invoicing.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain.
- Solid experience in an international logistics or trade environment.
- Strong knowledge of international documentation for road, sea, and air shipments.
- Fluent in English, with at least a basic level of Dutch and French.
- Experience with customs and trade compliance is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in Groot-Bijgaarden.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in leading a team.
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Specialization in customs regulations.
