What you will do

• Execute RFI/RFQ processes and lead final supplier selection in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Manage contract negotiations, administration, and documentation.
• Oversee day-to-day purchasing activities, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving supply issues.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and handle quality or delivery escalations.
• Analyze sourcing opportunities and emerging technologies to ensure compliance with PPWR regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Dutch are required for this position.
• Degree in Supply Chain or Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mortsel, Belgium.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI capabilities in purchasing.
