What you will do

• Build and maintain weekly and daily production plans for assigned lines to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze incoming orders, raw material availability, and capacity constraints to create optimized schedules.
• Continuously monitor and adjust production plans to manage disruptions and shifting priorities.
• Collaborate with production, customer service, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Proactively communicate backorders, delays, and risks with clear justifications and solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy of planning data within ERP, APO, and MES systems.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear actions.
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Confident communication skills for effective stakeholder management across functions.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/planning systems (SAP APO is a plus).
• Fluent English and good working knowledge of Dutch and French.
